Big Foot's thoughts on life at Sanctuary.
The FBI's Fringe Department comes across one of Sanctuary's Tesla's...
Sadly it has been brought to my attention that certain members of Fanfiction.net, including the "author" ReddieForeverXOXO have been plagiarising stories from this website.
We find this practice completely abhorrent and unacceptable. As such, we have reported abuse to FF.net on behalf of our authors, as well as informed the authors affected.
We urge you to report any such behaviour that you spot. If you find a story where the pennames don't match up or it looks dubious, question it. Antoa and Tracy are always available at webmaster@sanctuaryfiction.net should you need to report anything or contact an author and are having difficulty.
It is an incredible shame when something like this happens. We have so many talented writers in our fandom, and events like this shake the foundations of their trust. We should feel priveledged that they are sharing the fruit of their labours and entrusting us with it. It is our duty to report abuse of this nature so that authors continue to feel assured that they can publish their work.
Hello everyone!
It's been a few months since our last fic challenge, and I sincerely apologise for that. Changes in circumstances in my work and personal life have meant I wasn't able to do the challenge for a while.
However...
We're back!
This month's theme is Sanctuary For All. I originally slotted this theme for March/April following an interview where Martin Wood talked about Sanctuaries around the world, not just the seminary, a sort of world organisation. Following hints from Damian about Rome and the Himalayas, it seems more appropriate than ever that we do a World Sanctuary Challenge.
The challenge, as always, is to write a fic of at least 500 words on the given theme. The theme this month is to choose a Sanctuary from another country. You could write about how that Sanctuary was founded, an issue where they had to fly Helen in to help them, or perhaps where Helen has needed their help.
